Low Carb Recipe :Low Carb Zucchini Parmesan Recipe

Ingredients:

* 4 cups of thinly sliced zucchini
* 1 tablespoon of water
* 1 tsp. salt
* 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
* 1 small. onion, chopped
* 2 tablespoons of butter
* Freshly ground pepper

Preparation:

1. Put all ingredients except cheese in skillet. Cover and cook 1 minute.
2. Uncover and continue cooking and turning with wide spatula until just tender. About 5 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with cheese. Toss.
