Low Carb Recipe : Low Carb Hash browns Recipe

Every now and then, you come across a recipe and are left wondering why you didn't think of it first. That was the case with this low carb hash brown recipe.

If you have been on a low carb diet for any length of time you have probably figured out that zucchini can be a really great low carb substitute for potato. So, it stands to reason that zucchini would also work great in a low carb hash brown recipe.

The recipe that this woman has put together is almost like a combination of a hashhrown, an omelette and pancakes. All of which are all really good things and that isn't any less true once combined. To start off her low carb hash brown recipe, she grates a bit of zucchini and some onion. Then she mixes in some egg and seasoning.

Just like you would a pancake, she spoons a bit of the mixture at a time into an oiled pan. Then she waits for the low carb hashbrowns to be done on one side before she flips them over.

These low carb hashbrowns would be tasty and healthy sitting alongside some bacon or low carb sausage on your breakfast plate. A great way to start your low carb day!
