Low Carb Recipe : Low Carb Baked Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

* 1 (2 to 3 pound) whole chicken
* Cut into pieces
* Salt and pepper to taste
* 1 teaspoon paprika

Preparation:

1. Wad up three pieces of aluminum foil into fist size pieces and place them in the bottom of the slow cooker.
2. Rinse the chicken, inside and out, under cold running water. Pat dry with paper towels.
3. Season the chicken with the salt, pepper and paprika
4. Place the chicken in the slow cooker on top of the crumbled aluminum foil.
5. Set the slow cooker to high for 1 hour then turn down to low for about 8 to 10 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.

3. When all the ingredients are mixed, pour into the cooled crust and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
